The renter must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid boating license if required under Spanish law. Valid identification must be provided before departure. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the reservation. All payments must be completed before departure. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The renter agrees:

• To operate the vessel responsibly and in compliance with Spanish maritime regulations.

• Not to exceed the maximum passenger capacity.

• Not to use the boat for illegal activities.

• Not to operate the vessel under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The renter is fully responsible for passengers and onboard activities.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable. In case of unsafe weather conditions, the Company may reschedule the booking or issue a refund.

All boats are covered by mandatory insurance as required under Spanish law. However, the renter may remain liable for damages not covered by insurance or caused by negligence.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or loss caused by renter negligence.

• Loss of personal belongings.

• Delays due to weather or maritime authority restrictions.

Use of the boat is at your own risk.
